Izuna 2: The Unemployed Ninja Returns Review

I like to be able to play for a little while then put the game down without losing anything. This is a fun RPG. Oh, I’m in my 40’s. The graphics are fine, the dialogue is cheesy, it’s just fun. My 10 year old finds the battles difficult and gets frustrated. Some of the levels you have to repeat in order to level up to be able to beat the monsters. If you want a casual RPG that you don’t have to get real involved with, then this is the one. It is a very basic game, though. you can’t move ahead until you’ve completed the challenge. You can go back to lower levels and build up supplies and levels.

Crimson Gem Saga Review

Crimson Gem Saga is great for what it is: traditional JRPG. It does not set it self up to be the most innovative new game so the expectation from the beginning is that this is an excellent solid turn based role play game. Does it deliver on the expectation? Yes.

Demon’s Souls Deluxe Edition w/ Artbook & Soundtrack CD Review

This is by far the best game I have in my collection. The game is hard but very rewarding. I love the multilayer options and the scenes are just awesome making this my favorite game.

Operation Darkness Review

To set the stage, Final Fantasy Tactics is quite possibly my favorite game of all time. If turn-based strategy/tactics/RPG is your cup of tea, then I think you can work through the problems with this game (which there are some) and will love it.

I missed this game when it first came out, but am certainly glad that I found it now.
